Renting with Credit Card: Rentals with items replacement value of less than $5,000.00 (first time renters $2,000) generally do not require a security deposit hold on your card as long as other requirements are met, otherwise we reserve the rights to request a insurance certificate or deposit for full the value of rental items.

In the event when the credit card member could not appear in person, Payment must be completed thru our convenient secure online Credit card rental authorization form -credit cards can not be accepted by phone or email -

With our staff's years of experience in the Photo and Video industry we understand the dedicated hard work and much effort that goes in to producing a shoot with pre and post production, as location scouting, model casting, crew organization, catering, budgeting, scheduling, traveling, editing, etc. so we have designed our equipment rental process with you in mind simple and convenient to be the easiest part of your production, so you can focus on the other tasks.
The short answer is... its Simple as can be !!
Easily find the items needed for your production and simply build your Order (Or Quote) by adding your desired items to your rental cart. (our professional staff is here to assist you with choosing the right equipment for your shoot)
1. Select your Pick Up and Return Date and Time and Select the CSI Rentals location that's most convenient for you. (Option to pick up at one location and return to the other)
2. Select Pick up or Delivery option.
3. Select your Payment Method.
4. Submit your reservation request and receive your order confirmation.

For new customers we would require at least four business hours for account verification
Existing customers please allow minimum two business hours for order prepping
Mail order rentals are available for most Cameras, Lenses, Accessories and select Lighting systems - to confirm if your items needed qualify for shipping, please email your equipment list to orders@csirentals.com before placing your order.
Mail order rentals require a minimum of a 3 Day rental period.
The rental duration begins as the item leaves the CSI Rentals premises and ends as it is returned.
Mail order requirements
Mail order rentals require a deposit for the full value of the items rented which will fully be refunded with the return of your rental items in satisfying condition.
After placing your reservation for mail order, Please use our convenient online payment system to for your security deposit and payment of rental.

Payment is due at the start of your rental (not when placing your reservation) It would depend on the method you select for Pick Up or Delivery.

Yes, You can pick up or return your rentals to either of our locations whichever is most convenient for you.
Yes, We gladly arrange (by an outside courier service) to Deliver and Pick Up your equipment at your desired location within NY, NJ, CT, PA.
Courier fees are based on amount of items and location.

At CSI Rentals we do everything we can to make sure our equipment is its best and cleanest condition functionally as well as cosmetically.
A team of professionals meticulously inspect every piece of equipment and before going out and when it returns from each rental.
With all precautions as we do everything we can to make sure our equipment is in its best and cleanest condition functionally as well as cosmetically, unfortunately unexpected accidental things still could happen in transit or on the shoot.
If you do experience a malfunction of rented equipment, Please notify us immediately by email, so we can offer technical assistance or replace the item for you where possible and note your order regarding the issue.

If rented equipment gets damaged while in renters possession, please contact us immediately to notify us with details the damage and upon your return we will evaluate the damage.
A deposit of $500.00 will be required until a final repair estimate is processed, where the balance will be due or refunded if lass than the deposit.
If rented equipment was lost, please notify us so we can charge your credit card - Replacement value payment is due immediately.
or if you have supplied a COI which covers loss please also immediately contact your insurance company.
If rented equipment was stolen from your possession, Please notify us immediately so we can charge your credit card on file - Payment for replacement value is due immediately.
if you supplied a COI Please contact your local police dept. immediately and supply us with a copy of your a police report, otherwise the renter will be responsible for the replacement value.
The 1 Day Rate is based on a Rental of 1 Full Day and 2 Nights - Pickup weekdays after 3:30PM and return 9:30 AM two days hence, and get the one day rate
