Csi Rentals is a one stop shop in New York City for photo and video equipment all under one roof featuring camera and lighting rentals for still and video at the same location as well as expendables photo and video supplies sales.

Q What you need to supply in order to rent at CSI Rentals ?
A In order to rent you need to supply a Credit card and US Driver's License or Passport
Your Credit Card line of credit should have enough to cover the full replacement value of the item/s rented - We generally Do Not secure a deposit hold on your credit card for the items value - Selected higher valued items require insurance certificate or deposit for full value of rental items.
Q Does CSI Rentals accept Debit Cards for rental security?
A Yes, We accept Debit Cards as rental security combined with a certificate of insurance OR with a security hold deposit on your debit card for the full replacement value of items rented. (Payment for rental fee is always welcome by credit card)
Q What if the card member cannot make it in person?
A The Following is required for third party pick up or first time local rental delivery
Credit card rental authorization form should be completed and submitted for approval
Copy of both sides of credit card
Proof of address (utility bill / bank / credit card statement first page)
Certificate of insurance with CSI Rentals listed as loss payee maybe required for selected items requirements
US Driver's License or Passport for card member
US Driver's License for authorized pick up person or Passport
Attention International Renters: If you are not a US resident the credit card member must supply credit card and passport "in person" for full value security hold deposit prior to rental pick up or delivery, Authorization form is valid only for US residents

Q Equipment pick up & Return
A Rental orders can be picked up at our convenient “street Level” location 133 West 19 Street (Bet 6th & 7th Aves) New York NY 10011 in person or by courier service, we also offer Curb Side Service if you come by vehicle our staff members will load and unload while you stay in your vehicle .

As well we offer Courier services to anywhere in the tri state area

Q Payment
A Payment is due at time of rental pick up unless if otherwise arranged
Open accounts are based on a net 30 day billing cycle
CSI Rentals will gladly direct bill to your Client, Agent, Producer, ETC
Q Does CSI Rentals do mail order ?
A Yes , mail order rentals are available on all Lenses and selected Digital Cameras minimum 1 week rental (which is a 3 day rate).
Q What are the shipping costs?
A For most lenses please add a flat rate $40.00 for round trip insured shipping to anywhere in the US
or you are welcome to supply your own account number
Q When does the rental duration begin and end ?
A The rental duration begins as the item leaves the CSI Rentals premises and ends as it is returned
Q What does CSI Rentals require from mail order renters
A Mail order renters must fill in a special request authorization form and submit to CSI Rentals along with a photo copy of both sides of credit card and a photo id, for mail order we secure a deposit hold on your card for the full replacement value of items rented.
Q Payment for mail order
A We will pre authorize your credit card for the full value of the rented items prior to shipping your rental and then bill credit card for rental charges.
